At Shirt Press Express, LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel and custom-printed products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Customized or personalized apparel
Clearance or final-sale items
Gift cards or promotional items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at Contact@shirtpressexpress.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:
Follow the return process above and specify the exchange details in your email.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the defect or damage.
We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
